The FVCHS Drama department put on their first ever Winter Dinner Theater performing the play, That’s Not How I Remember It. In addition to putting in the work to memorize lines, learn blocking, and practice inflection, the entire set for the play was student built and painted!
At Father Vincent Capodanno High School, we provide our students with many opportunities to take lead and achieve. We always want to be helping our students to develop their own achievement stories. This past semester a group of our students banded together to build a drama department from the ground up…literally. They began with no stage, no lights, no costumes, no set, not much of a budget. Their end state? A production which won two awards at the North Carolina Theater Competition and two sold out nights of a dinner theater!
