With COVID-19 forcing us to rethink how to facilitate class, FVCHS students and teachers are getting creative so that we all continue learning at the highest level!
Crisis often brings out the true character of an organization. For FVCHS, dealing with COVID-19 has shown how adaptable our teachers and staff are but more importantly, it has revealed the dedication and discipline of our amazing student body. Every morning, we send out a single document outlining student assignments and responsibilities for the day. Then, our teachers conduct a Zoom call checking in with students to make sure they understand everything and to guide them in dealing with distance learning. It is at times difficult and requires tedious work. But our school body thrives in challenging situations and rose to the challenge. CLASS IS STILL IN SESSION! The work, the relationships, the counseling, the leadership is still continuing. Go Grunts!
